Certificate to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector
Who would benefit from this qualification?This Level 3 or 4 qualification provides a firm practical foundation for all those in a teaching role, with learners being introduced to the key principles of teaching and learning. The Certificate is designed as a qualification which will equip a wide range of teachers, trainers, tutors and facilitators to deliver learning and meets all new statutory requirements. Candidates will come from a variety of vocational backgrounds but will all have access to 30 teaching hours throughout the duration of the course.
What does the course cover?The award includes three mandatory worth 18 credits, plus between 6—18 credits from a selection of optional units:
